FMA offers the 6-week Basic Course in Cleaning Services (BCCS or Housekeeping) with the approval of the Technical Educational Skills Development Authority (TESDA), intended to serve the needs of Facilities Managers, Inc., the Philippine Master Franchisee of Service Master, USA.
FMA provided training for caregivers, nursing aides, copier machine operators, and copier technicians with the approval of the Technical Educational Skills Development Authority (TESDA), in addition to BCCS (Housekeeping).
FMA was legally changed to Facilities Management College (FMC) and applied the recognition for the Baccalaureate Courses.
FMC opened its Baccalaureate Courses namely; BSBA Major in Operations Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), and Tourism/Travel Management with the approval of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
